  • 4 salmon fillets (skin on)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • fresh parsley (for garnish)
