- Corn tortillas (warmed)
- Shredded purple cabbage
- Fresh cilantro (lightly chopped)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic salt, chopped chipotle pepper, and cilantro to create the chipotle-lime sauce. Set aside.
- Combine all spices in another bowl to make the blackened seasoning.
- Pat fish fillets dry and brush both sides with melted butter; sprinkle generously with blackened seasoning.
