- 1 medium head Cauliflower (cut into florets)
- ½ cup Flour
- ¼ cup Cornstarch
- ¾ cup Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- ¼ cup Sriracha
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter until well covered. Add panko breadcrumbs and toss again for an even coating.
