Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (58 oz. each)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
  • black/white sesame seeds, for garnish
  • green onions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, low sodium soy sauce, and garlic powder. Stir well and divide into two parts.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets by coating them with half of the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer basket and baste with remaining marinade.
  5. Cook for 7-8 minutes until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
