- 2 salmon fillets (5–8 oz. each)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- black/white sesame seeds, for garnish
- green onions, sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, low sodium soy sauce, and garlic powder. Stir well and divide into two parts.
- Marinate the salmon fillets by coating them with half of the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer basket and baste with remaining marinade.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
