- 1 cup sliced pickles
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
Instructions
- Pat dry the pickle slices using paper towels.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and pepper for the egg wash.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a separate shallow dish.
- Coat each pickle slice in the egg wash, then dredge in breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange pickles in a single layer, spray lightly with oil, and air-fry for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- For the dip, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, minced onions, garlic, and dill in a bowl.
