  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the pickle slices using paper towels.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and pepper for the egg wash.
  3. Place panko breadcrumbs in a separate shallow dish.
  4. Coat each pickle slice in the egg wash, then dredge in breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange pickles in a single layer, spray lightly with oil, and air-fry for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. For the dip, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, minced onions, garlic, and dill in a bowl.
